KBW has partnered with a large service provider in their search for a Senior Manager of FP&A.
Responsibilities:
Management of a small team
Create and summarize operational reporting
Create and report on Key Performance metrics
Analyze variance of performance to assigned metrics
Prepare scorecards to highlight areas of opportunity
Trend analysis and recommendations for improvement
Support strategic projects with data, data analysis and reporting.
Implement best practice to deliver standard reporting, scorecards, and dashboards.
Requirements:
More than eight years FP&A experience
Prior experience managing a team of three or more members
A Bachelor's and completed Master's Degree.
Very strong technical skills, a large ERP and Excel
