Channel Marketing Specialist

TITLE: Channel Marketing Specialist
SUPERVISOR: Sr. Marketing Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt
o Manage channel marketing programs and work closely with regional sales managers
o Devise strategy for channel marketing and growth of channel sales
o Marketing communications:
o Maintain regular contact with channel partners marketing personnel
o Review channel partners websites regularly to ensure content integrity
o Update and improve channel sales literature and presentations
o Coordinate logistics and utilization of our marketing materials
o Facilitate email schedule that will keep channel partners regularly informed
o Communicate lead times, trainings, webinars etc.
o Organize and track promotions for success
o Events and trainings:
o Select & coordinate channel trainings with channel partners
? Coordinate registrations, refreshments, logistics etc.
? Coordination of staff logistics
o Training descriptions for websites and media
o Organize webinars for channel partners
o Manage channel contracts and price books
o Keep channel partners up to date with any changes including, but not limited to, new products, lead times, marketing collateral and newsletters etc.
o Report YoY growth, product revenues, and top channel accounts to the sales team
1. At least 2-3 years of channel marketing and/or sales experience REQUIRED.
2. At least 2 years of event coordination experience REQUIRED.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Pro REQUIRED.
4. Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Survey Monkey, and Event Brite desired.
5. Have the ability to work independently and complete tasks within identified timeframes.
6. Be able to track multiple projects and programs all at different stages of development.
7. Maintain integrity of the Solectria brand throughout all marketing communications.
8. Be detail oriented and well organized.
9. Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. 5-10% travel required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
