DUTIES:
1. Program management, managing tasks and schedules
2. Resource planning and budgeting. As appropriate, manage and track the financial aspects of
projects and contracts and ensure adherence to established goals and budgets
3. Be point of contact for all respective projects and be able to review progress of development
activities
4. Be able to give technical input for ongoing inverter development projects. Be the technical lead
on platform projects and on derivative projects as adequate
5. Participate in strategic planning of new product development
6. Communication with top management on business planning and technical risk
7. Write technical specifications, perform design reviews
8. Interface with key customers during and after product launch
9. Define and establish internal processes for a fast growing engineering team
10. Create and/or maintain good national and international technical networks with large inverter
customers, regulators, test labs, consultants, and academia and research organizations.
11. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
1. BSEE or MSEE and a minimum of 5 years related experience in inverter technology
2. MBA is a plus; Previous Program management experience a must
3. Experience in fast paced manufacturing environment
4. Extensive experience in bringing new products to market is a must
5. Expert in designing for manufacturing
6. Experience in working with regulatory bodies (UL, FCC, OSHA)
7. Highly motivated self-starter
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
9. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
