DUTIES:
1. Lead compliance and validation efforts for high power, three phase PV inverter systems.
2. Participate in the design and review of products to satisfy required safety, EMC, and grid
interface standards for North America, South America, Europe and Asia
3. Stay abreast of a rapidly changing regulatory landscape, to ensure ongoing compliance
of the company's products.
4. Lead qualification efforts of new and legacy products through the following:
a. Establish and maintain effective relationships with testing agencies such as ETL,
UL, and CSA.
b. Create, manage, and execute verification plans.
c. Perform hands on verification testing in safety, EMC, and grid interface areas.
5. Manage critical items lists for components that impact safety and EMC compliance.
6. Support agency certification changes that result from product enhancements or cost
reductions.
7. Ensure ongoing compliance to standards in manufacturing processes.
8. Participate in third party agency audits.
9. Conduct regular training classes for engineering and sales teams on compliance issues
affecting the company.
10. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
1. BSEE and minimum of 2 years related experience.
2. Significant experience with UL1741, IEEE 1547, NEC, IEC standards pertaining to
distributed generation, FCC and CEC.
3. Excellent background in safety system design and certification.
a. Background in software safety compliance such as UL1998 a huge plus.
4. Prior experience with ISO 17025 (Data Acceptance Program, Satellite lab, etc.)
5. Knowledge of EMC fundamentals and best practices including: Interference, filtering,
surge protection and mitigation, and RF radiation/susceptibility effects.
6. Hands on experience performing product compliance testing.
7. Ability to rapidly gain mastery of new compliance standards as business needs dictate.
8. Outstanding work ethic and positive attitude required.
9. A high level of initiative and a proactive nature.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
12. Ability to work as a leader or individual contributor, depending upon assignment.
13. Occasional travel is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
