Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for capitalizing on our current solar business and identifying
and pursuing targeted new opportunities for growth.
Establish new accounts, service existing accounts and booking of new orders with a focus on
strategically important target customers and dealers.
Work closely with distributors in territory to facilitate sales leveraging their contacts and relationships
Consultative sale involving multiple decision influencers and requiring long sales cycle management
Participate in industry trade shows and events to develop and maintain contacts within the industry
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from
Manage all aspects of accounts, including new business development, commercial negotiations,
training, and general communications.
Participate in industry trade shows and events to develop and maintain contacts within the industry.
Familiarity and understanding of photovoltaic industry.
Experience in complex and consultative sales processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building long-standing professional relationships.
Proven ability to work in a team selling environment.
Strong computer skills including Windows, MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce.com is a plus).
High degree of initiative, motivation, flexibility and creativity.
Travel up to 80% of the time.
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
