Concierge professionals are the face of our residential communities and play a vital role in helping Lupoli Companies establish resident loyalty, strengthening resident engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
As Concierge responsibilities include superior customer service to our residents, delivering on resident commitments such as strategic move-in support, safety awareness support, express service, and personal attention.
The Concierge will have the ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills.
A Concierge brings positive energy to each conversation, resolves issues quickly and effectively, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.
Monitors and announces visitors and control access to the property.
Reviews access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity according to the Concierge Lead.
Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the Riverwalk Residences.
Liaison between residents and service team regarding both routine and emergency maintenance requests and aid in the follow-up process after work is completed on routine requests.
Immediately contact emergency maintenance personnel if an emergency maintenance situation develops.
Handle transactions like managing vendors and deliveries, accepting, and handling/logging packages, and inspecting move-ins and move-outs.
You will also provide leasing assistance to property leasing staff by making initial contact with future residents, setting appointments, assisting with key pick-ups, and any other tasks related to the move-in and move-out process.
Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.
Ensures that resident and guest concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Must have the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Bi-lingual fluency (Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement.
High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior, and appearance.
Must have sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships.
Able to deal with emergencies calmly and effectively.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and use smartphone device functions.
Familiarity with location, neighborhood, and local attractions.
Strong follow through skills and the ability to drive an automobile.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
