Job Summary; As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating real estate and construction activities related to our new and existing retail locations.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing and executing the company's real estate strategy, construction administration, lease administration, and property acquisition support.
With your strong organizational skills, diligence, and collaborative approach, you will contribute to the successful expansion and management of our retail real estate portfolio.
Position Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Construction, Facilities, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of real estate & store development projects.
Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with outside partners on Real Estate matters, including with landlords, development companies, and regional brokers.
Support department with scheduling and coordination of key meetings including store development project review, acquisition, and site optimization meetings.
Strong passion for learning and growth in the real estate industry Generate reports and presentations summarizing real estate and store development activities, market trends, and portfolio performance.
Assist in preparing materials for Real Estate Committee meetings and executive presentations.
Support financial analysis related to real estate transactions, including lease analysis, projections, and operating expense evaluations.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for real estate & store development projects.
Monitor and track real estate & store development expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
Assist in lease relationship management with landlords, property owners, and real estate brokers to support portfolio strategy.
Support lease administration for new projects, renewals, and terminations, ensuring our real estate management tool has correct data and document uploads.
Requirements:
Qualifications 3-5 years' experience in real estate or construction coordination, lease administration, or a similar role within the retail industry.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Project management experience is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and ensure projects are on time and on budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross functional collaboration, vendor management and interaction with senior leadership.
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a challenging environment.
Detail oriented and able to multitask at a high level.
Problem solving, decision making and analytical.
Able to build strong partnerships across all departments.
Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or formal training.
Elevated level of proficiency in MS Office.
Job Environment This position is a hybrid role and requires in-office time at the corporate office in Lawrence, MA at least 3 days per week and 2 days remote.
The employee will spend their time both in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level and at remote locations with moderate noise levels.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
