Requirements/Job Duties for our Weekend Customer service Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume.

Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations Working closely with your team to be successful together Having enthusiasm! Having passion for helping people Communicating and understanding customer concern Scheduling and booking service calls Being a part of a really, really great team environment Being comfortable on the telephone and love customer service Having a company to grow with and work passionately for.

Training continuously and learning as we grow Most of our Customer Service team actually started with no experience in the HVAC, plumbing or electrical industry!.
